This weekend we are getting ready to go to Toronto! So you’ll understand my excitement when I was able to deliver Shelby and Jonathan’s sneak peeks from their wedding in Boston, Massachusetts! Last week, we had the pleasure of capturing this wedding at the Boston Church of Christ where Jonathan grew up. The reception was held at the Primavera in Millis, Massachusetts.
Shelby and Jonathan are musicians so the entire day had some nod to music. They had a mini orchestra during their ceremony and reception. When I say music filled the air it is an understatement. Roche bros did the florals, which were absolutely breathtaking! Wait until you see what their reception design looked like!
Shelby wore a stunning dress from Once Upon a Dress in Naples, Florida while Jonathan wore a suit from Men’s Wearhouse. Let’s also not forget that the Bride’s mother did her daughter’s hair for her big day. Since the MOB is a hairstylist, she said she always got to do Shelby’s hair when she was a little girl and now get’s to do it on her big day.
Shelby and Jonathan had been taking dance classes. For their reception, they had a full on dance performance for their first dance; lifts, spins, jumps, dips, you name it. Once the dance floor opened up, Music Matters got the guests down on the dance floor and kept them going until the end!
